| In nature, these cacti live on trees, as epiphytic orchids do. An old favorite they can bear hundreds of many-petaled, long-tube, rosy purplish flowers at Christmastime. The one that hangs in my kitchen blooms all year round which gave me the opportunity to scan this one in Spring. The brilliant color and amazing detail almost knock your socks off! |
